Get work Outlook on your iPhone — through Safari.

Your work tenant blocks the iOS Mail app but still allows Outlook on the Web in Safari on a Mac. On iPhone, Safari can request the desktop version of outlook.office.com — your tenant then serves the same OWA experience and you sign in with your normal work credentials.

Open outlook.office.com in Safari →

Tap this on your iPhone in Safari, then follow the steps below.

1
Open the link in Safari
Must be Safari — not Chrome, not an in-app browser. If you're reading this in another app, copy the link and paste it into Safari.
2
Tap the “aA” icon in the address bar
Left side of the URL bar. A menu will slide up with page options.
3
Choose “Request Desktop Website”
Safari will reload with a macOS Safari user-agent. Your tenant now sees you as a Mac and serves full Outlook Web Access.
4
Sign in with your work account
Enter your work email, password, and MFA exactly like you would on a Mac. Add to Home Screen from the Share menu for a one-tap icon.
Make it permanent

In Safari → Settings → Websites → Request Desktop Website, add outlook.office.com so it always loads as desktop. Then Share → Add to Home Screen for a Mail-like icon on your springboard.
